🎯 Requirements

• Proven Go-To-Market recruiter experience from a B2B SaaS company
• Autonomy and end-to-end ownership of searches
• Data-driven mindset balancing diversity, quality and volume
• Experience creating innovative sourcing strategies
• Ability to work with leadership and stakeholders to diagnose market needs
