📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans aligned with business development objectives, product
• Identify and assess new business opportunities and recommend solutions to increase product sales
• Support national account strategies while developing and maintaining a strong customer base within
• Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets and contribute to the overall
• Expand and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers through face-to-face
• Prepare and deliver customer proposals with relevant technical and commercial information.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of direct business-to-business sales experience, with strong business acumen and
• Advanced knowledge of the assigned territory and the Building Services & Construction industry.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms; experience with Salesforce is valuable.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction, manage competing responsibilities, and
• Results-oriented, resilient, persistent, and proactive approach to achieving sales objectives.
