📋 Description

• Lead guest experience on the floor; provide product education and coaching
• Build client relationships daily; drive engagement and education
• Analyze reports to drive results and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage; lead selling initiatives
• Oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent
• Collaborate with Operations and Visual Manager on budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-centric sales environment
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication
• Values feedback and collaboration; receptive to coaching
• Move dynamically on retail floor; flexible shifts incl. peak days
