📋 Description

• Lead exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and product
• Continue to build client relationships and provide feedback to improve sales and education
• Maintain strong on-floor presence with effective selling initiatives and service-led environment
• Directly oversee Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers; recruit and develop talent
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business, team, and guest needs
• Collaborate with Operations, Visual, and Store leadership to ensure cross-functional execution

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift, push, carry or move up to 10-15KG
• Excellent stakeholder management and adaptability within a fast-paced retail setting
• Strong analytical mindset to leverage metrics for growth opportunities
