Sales Strategy & Business Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Deliver data-driven insights and commercial analyses that directly support strategic decision making
• Conduct Book of Business analyses to assess portfolio health, identify revenue concentration risks
• Build and maintain updated client tiering frameworks — segmenting the advertiser base by revenue
• Track and analyze Average Revenue per Advertiser (ARPA) evolution across markets, identifying
• Analyze churned client data to identify patterns, root causes, and reactivation opportunities —
• Support QBR preparation, business planning, and executive presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of professional experience in a business analytics, sales operations, revenue analysis
• Hands-on experience working with Salesforce CRM for data extraction, pipeline analysis, and
• Prior experience supporting senior leadership with data analysis and strategic recommendations is
• Strong analytical mindset — ability to translate complex datasets into concise, leadership-ready
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets and other data visualization tools
