Sales Support Specialist | 6 Month Contract

📋 Description

• Own the Sales Operations support channel in Slack, answering questions from sales teams and keeping
• Take each request end to end — diagnose it, fix what you can, and pull in the right people from
• Help sellers navigate Salesforce: opportunities, quotes, accounts and the sales process
• Investigate and correct data quality issues before they hold up a deal
• Build simple documentation and guides so sellers can help themselves next time
• Flag recurring issues to the team so we can fix root causes rather than the same symptom twice

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience in sales support, sales operations, revenue operations or CRM administration.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, or a comparable CRM, and a good feel for how a sales process runs
• A genuine service mindset with clear boundaries: you'll help a seller solve their problem and show
• Ownership. When something lands with you, you drive it to a resolution
• Comfortable working conversationally in Slack, holding several threads at once, and staying calm
• Strong attention to detail, particularly where data accuracy affects revenue
