• Support the national sales team in pre and post sales.
• Prepare contracts, process cancellations, and assist with billing investigations.
• Credit investigations and communication of outcomes per policy.
• Collaborate with ACIL Support Manager to deliver training and docs.
• Compliance management for sales processes.
• Regular delivery of reporting and data analysis.
