📋 Description

• Drive business development and lead-generation activities by reviewing client databases
• Support clients throughout the practice transition lifecycle, including valuation, listing and sale
• Partner with regional sales managers and transition consultants to organize seller, buyer, lender
• Maintain strong communication with valuation and transition coordinators, buyers, sellers, business
• Enhance the practice valuation experience by interviewing clients, gathering required financial and

🎯 Requirements

• Bring typically 2–4+ years of related professional experience with a bachelor's degree, or
• Hold a bachelor's degree or global equivalent in a related discipline; sales-focused education or
• Demonstrate working knowledge of Salesforce, Power BI, CRM dashboards, and related business
• Possess strong project management capabilities and the ability to coordinate cross-functional
• Demonstrate strong listening and consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client
• Have working knowledge of strategic lending partnerships, referral networks, and market

• Base salary: $56,604–$88,443 USD, depending on factors such as experience, education
