Coordinate training processes and projects (delivery and tracking) primarily for IFT personnel
Obtain needs in the field to create and update skills processes with people in the field.
Administrate Abbvie Learning platforms (ALC, Abbvie Campus) and training innovative tools.
Generate continuous training reports.
Works within AbbVie's business code of conduct, policies and all applicable laws and regulations.
Design and coordinate onboarding and initial certification for new sales-force colleagues

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Business Management, Marketing, Medical Science or a related field) is required.
Intermediate level of English language (speaking and writing).
Experience with agile software development and usage of training platforms-digital environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Team player in every task, program or project.
Knowledge of training theory (Formal Training Needs Analysis/Evaluation).
