📋 Description

• Serve as a Center of Excellence for Sales, Sales Operations, and related business processes
• Support the evaluation of current systems and processes across business units, identifying
• Help define project scopes for technology transformation initiatives and contribute practical ideas
• Own assigned project action items and collaborate with Project Managers to maintain detailed plans
• Create and maintain technical documentation, administrative best practices, process frameworks, and
• Gather, document, validate, and translate business and functional requirements into actionable

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong Salesforce administration expertise, with the ability to support business processes, system
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
• Experience developing process flows, user stories, use cases, functional specifications, or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to translate business

• Compensation: Target base salary of $145,000–$155,000 CAD per year in most Canadian locations, with
