Salesforce Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Revenue, HR, and the Enterprise
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder interviews, process
• Own intake and triage of enhancement requests and issues submitted through Jira
• Prioritize and groom the NetSuite and Salesforce backlog in partnership with the development team
• Support day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including configuration, user and role management
• Plan and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including writing test scripts, coordinating

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or application
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and configuration
• Strong understanding of quote to cash processes
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and
• Experience planning and supporting UAT, including test script development and defect tracking
• Strong analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
