Salesforce Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, challenges, and process needs to define
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce concepts, including objects, fields, workflows
• Develop clear functional documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop UAT documentation and manuals, and support issue
• Deliver user training and provide post-deployment support to encourage adoption and effective use
• Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven professional experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a closely related business
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, business and functional documentation, BRD/FRD
• Experience coordinating UAT, supporting user training, and contributing to change management and
• Ability to translate technical Salesforce concepts into clear, practical information for
• Strong communication, analytical, documentation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
