Salesforce Consultant, Change Management

📋 Description

• As a Change Management Consultant, you will work across projects as a thought leader and develop
• Be a champion of change on projects with customers across various practices
• Strategically collaborate with customers to determine the best approach to user adoption
• Train customers on the solutions we’ve built and how to best implement change within their
• Work alongside superusers to give users a voice in the implementation
• Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in general management/software consulting preferred
• Experience related to the successful delivery of change management work including: change
• Experience conducting business interviews and leading client workshops
