📋 Description

• Direct and mentor Salesforce project development teams
• Spearhead presales activities, including responding to RFPs/pursuits, constructing effort
• Lead client discussions to showcase Astound Digital's Salesforce capabilities, tailoring offerings
• Provide expert consultation to clients and internal teams on Salesforce best practices
• Manage client escalations professionally and efficiently
• Stay updated on market trends and emerging Salesforce features

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of overall technical implementation experience, including a minimum of 4 years as an SME
• 5+ years of hands-on Apex programming (triggers, controllers, classes) and 3+ years with Lightning
• 2+ years of proven team leadership experience managing technical development teams through full
• Demonstrated capability in estimating RFP pursuits, building solution models, and documenting core
• Hands-on proficiency with standard Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming), Salesforce data tools
• Solid understanding of software architecture design using object-oriented principles, modularity
