• Stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering: Facilitate interviews, workshops, and discovery
• Healthcare workflow analysis: Assess operational workflows, patient management processes, and care
• Process documentation and gap analysis: Document current-state processes, conduct gap analyses, and
• Functional specifications and Agile delivery: Translate clinical and business requirements into
• Visual process and solution design: Create process flows, data mapping diagrams, wireframes, and
• Salesforce Health Cloud data modelling: Apply detailed knowledge of the Health Cloud data model

🎯 Requirements

• Location and work authorization: Must reside in the United States or Canada and have legal
• Professional experience: Five to ten years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or
• Salesforce Health Cloud expertise: Demonstrated hands-on project experience with Salesforce Health
• Requirements analysis: Strong experience gathering and documenting business requirements, mapping
• Agile and project management: Extensive experience supporting Agile/Scrum delivery, including
• Documentation tools: Practical experience using Jira and Confluence to manage user stories
