Salesforce Product Owner, Enterprise Systems

📋 Description

• Own the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, backlog, and prioritization process
• Partner with workflow owners, business leaders, and functional teams to align Salesforce
• Prioritize enhancements, defects, automation opportunities, integrations, and technical debt
• Establish transparent governance and prioritization practices
• Lead roadmap planning, release prioritization, requirements gathering, business process analysis
• Facilitate governance discussions involving business stakeholders, platform owners, data owners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Technology, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, Business Systems
• Proven experience owning a product roadmap, managing a prioritized backlog, and aligning technology
• Demonstrated experience optimizing business workflows across multiple functions, stakeholders
• Experience partnering with business leaders to define requirements, prioritize investments, and
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving business stakeholders, technical
