Salesforce Project Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day execution of Salesforce implementation and consulting engagements
• Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated project plan, schedule, milestones, dependencies, and
• Own project financial management at the delivery level, including budgeted hours, actual hours
• Track resource utilization and burn against the Statement of Work and approved project budget
• Identify budget and hours variances early and communicate potential overruns before they materially
• Develop and maintain resource plans based on project scope, schedule, skills, and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management, technology delivery, or professional services experience
• Experience managing technology implementation or digital transformation projects in a consulting or
• Experience managing project budgets using labor hours, resource forecasts, burn rates, and
• Demonstrated ability to identify budget variances and take corrective action before projects exceed
• Experience developing and managing project schedules, resource plans, milestones, dependencies, and
• Strong understanding of project scope management and change-control processes
