Salesforce Project Manager

📋 Description

• Monitor and manage project financials, scope, and schedule
• Drive implementations of high-quality AI and digital service solutions
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the client and the operational aspects of the
• Facilitate or co-lead regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders
• Lead client-facing Outcomes and Business Objectives sessions at project kickoff
• Support requirements ownership across the engagement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years project management experience with packaged software or custom development implementation
• Experience working in a professional services/consulting environment
• Experience applying Agile approaches to project management
• Experience with salesforce.com, serving as project manager or scrum leader
• Experience with estimation/sizing and SOW/Change Order contracting
• Demonstrated experience facilitating requirements sessions, writing or grooming user stories, and
