🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience, with strong expertise in Service Cloud and
• 2+ years of Salesforce project delivery experience involving Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• 3+ years of experience leading implementations involving ITSM platforms, including ServiceNow.
• Practical background in ITSM and ITIL methodologies.
• Expert-level ability to design and implement Service Cloud solutions using Salesforce declarative
• Strong ability to document business and technical requirements for development and technical
