Salesforce/Technical Recruiter (3-Month Contract)

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for all open positions across the company, from internal kick-off
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and hiring priorities
• Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interview logistics and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on market conditions, talent availability, and best practices
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation in Greenhouse, our applicant tracking

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in full lifecycle recruiting, ideally
• Prior experience operating as a senior or lead recruiter in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
