Sample Processing Team Lead

📋 Description

• Receive and accession samples into sample management systems.
• Independently perform complex sample processing and cell isolation.
• Conduct cryopreservation and thawing of cells; manage storage locations.
• Maintain real-time documentation in lab systems; review data for accuracy.
• Follow SOPs and participate in quality investigations and corrective actions.
• Train lab personnel and provide technical guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree (Biology, Chemistry or Life Sciences) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4 years relevant laboratory experience
• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision and guidance.
• Basic laboratory skills and aseptic technique training.
• Comfortable with Excel and its functions.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation.
