📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and adapt SAP ABAP solutions within the HCM module.
• Support SAP upgrade project by implementing technical adjustments for existing custom developments.
• Analyze the impact of the upgrade on current SAP objects, customizations, and functionalities.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct technical issues arising during the upgrade process.
• Validate compatibility and proper functioning of existing solutions in the upgraded environment.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to prioritize activities and ensure quality delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development with practical knowledge of HCM module.
• Proven experience in SAP upgrade projects adapting existing custom developments.
• Strong ability to perform impact analyses, correct SAP objects, troubleshoot, and validate
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
• Availability to work remotely under a service-provider (PJ) contract for four months.
