SAP AMS - Service Delivery Manager

📋 Description

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned SAP AMS clients
• Service Governance: Organize and lead weekly and monthly service reviews, participate in quarterly
• RUN Operations Management: Oversee daily SAP support activities, triage incoming tickets, allocate
• SAP Release and Incident Management: Coordinate SAP S/4HANA Cloud release activities, work with SAP
• GROW Initiatives and Change Management: Supervise the delivery of small and medium-sized change
• Team Leadership and Resource Planning: Lead and coordinate SAP consultants, distribute workloads

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in ERP projects, system evolution, implementation support
• Minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams, coordinating technical consultants, and managing
• General understanding of core SAP modules, including FI, CO, MM, PP, and SD, their integrations
• Experience with ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager, or other IT service management (ITSM) platforms
• Familiarity with or certifications in ITIL, ISO standards, COBIT, Six Sigma, Lean IT, or similar
