SAP Data Migration Lead

📋 Description

• Define and govern the overall SAP data migration strategy, scope, governance model, success
• Act as the primary liaison between business process owners, functional teams, system integrators
• Establish and oversee migration scope, object inventories, source-system inventories, data
• Lead the migration work execution plan and coordinate migration cycles, including system
• Track migration risks, issues, defects, dependencies, readiness indicators, and cycle outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP or ERP data migration, with demonstrated experience leading complex
• Strong hands-on experience leading SAP S/4HANA data migration workstreams, preferably within
• Strong understanding of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA master data and transactional data structures.
• Proven experience working with system integrators and governing data migration deliverables
• Solid knowledge of data quality, cleansing, governance, validation, reconciliation, readiness
