📋 Description

• Partner with finance stakeholders to understand their processes and translate business needs into
• Challenge requirements constructively and propose stronger alternatives where appropriate
• Configure and enhance SAP FICO functionality in S/4HANA, working hands-on where appropriate and
• Support global rollout across remaining countries, including local finance and regulatory
• Bridge finance processes across modules to ensure end-to-end alignment beyond FICO
• Direct external consultants toward the highest-value work and progressively reduce dependency on

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on SAP FICO experience, or less with demonstrable delivery on comparable projects
• Experience configuring SAP FICO on live projects
• Understanding of finance and controlling processes (GL, AP, AR, cost controlling, reporting)
• Ability to challenge requirements with clear reasoning
• Hands-on S/4HANA experience — Private Cloud, Public Cloud, or on-premise
• Adaptable, fast-moving mindset
