📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs supporting HR and HCM processes, ensuring
• Collaborate with HR business stakeholders and functional consultants to understand process needs
• Design and develop SAP HR reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows to support
• Provide technical expertise across SAP HCM areas including Personnel Administration (PA)
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of existing ABAP developments

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as an SAP Technical Consultant with strong hands-on ABAP development
• Practical experience with SAP HR/HCM modules and a solid understanding of the underlying HR
• Experience developing SAP HR reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
• Good knowledge of key HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, payroll, time and
• Hands-on experience with SAP debugging, performance tuning, and identifying issues within ABAP
• Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and data migration tools is considered an advantage.
