  • Strong interest/experience with AI and automation tools; explain AI/Fin features to customers.
  • Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and workflows with customers.
  • Excellent communication; explain complex topics to executives/operations/support.
  • Data-driven; monitor usage metrics; define success metrics; adjust strategy.
  • Self-starter; entrepreneurial; comfortable in ambiguity; build processes.
