ScanBox Technician – Press Shop / BIW / Closures

📋 Description

• Operate automated optical 3D measurement equipment safely and in accordance with approved
• Prepare and load parts or assemblies for measurement
• Execute measurement cycles and verify that measurement routines are completed correctly
• Review measurement data quality and release validated results for engineering analysis
• Perform routine equipment and measurement system checks
• Support troubleshooting activities and escalate equipment, program, or data-quality issues when

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive metrology, dimensional inspection, or optical 3D measurement
• Hands-on experience operating automated optical measurement systems
• Experience in at least one of the following automotive environments: Press Shop, BIW / Body in
• Experience with ZEISS / GOM ATOS ScanBox and ZEISS INSPECT is preferred
• Experience with equivalent automotive optical metrology platforms may also be considered
• Ability to prepare and position parts or assemblies for accurate measurement
