Provide superior customer service and quality home care
Coordinate client services and urgent scheduling issues
Manage your Client Services Manager caseload
Build relationships with clients, referral sources, payors and community organizations
Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
Monitor caseload metrics (admissions, Medicare %, referrals, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree preferred; Associates at minimum.
Medicare and OASIS knowledge a plus
Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
Supervisory experience a plus
Strong computer skills with electronic medical record
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
