📋 Description

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care
• Focus on coordinating client services and scheduling issues
• Manage your Client Services Manager caseload
• Build relationships with clients, referrals, payors, and community orgs
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team
• Monitor admissions, Medicare percentage, and referrals by reason

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferred; associate minimum
• Medicare and OASIS knowledge a plus
• Medical office or home care experience preferred
• Supervisory experience a plus
• Proven record of responsibility and goal achievement
• Strong computer skills; EMR experience
