📋 Description

Work directly with clients following treatment and behavior plans.
Establish supportive relationships with clients and families.
Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by supervisors.
Document interventions and progress toward goals.
Collect behavior data per the client’s behavior support plan.
Review data with supervisors to plan program improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Current RBT credential or pursuing RBT credential.
One year experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.
1:1 work in home and community.
