School-Based Therapist

📋 Description

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using trauma-informed approach
• Coordinate care and referrals to community services
• Collaborate with school administration, teachers, and ESS teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Engage families through programming and parent support groups

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience with children/adolescents with behavioral/emotional challenges
• Clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC) in California
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• School-based or youth mental health experience preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
