School Behavior Technician

📋 Description

• Execute all responsibilities and skills associated with the Board Certified Autism Technician
• Provide direct implementation of holistic, neurodiversity-affirming behavior analytic services to
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
• Work closely with school teams to integrate behavioral strategies into the daily classroom routine
• Support student development in communication, social skills, self-regulation, and self-care (e.g.
• Utilize a strengths-based treatment approach developed in collaboration with the educational team.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Obtain and maintain Board Certified Autism Technician (BCAT) or Registered Behavior Technician
• Obtain assigned safety training certification within 30 days of employment
• Maintain reliable transportation and ability to travel between work locations
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain
• Tuberculosis (TB) clearance
