Provide 1:1 support to children and young adults with Autism in Hawaii Island schools.
RBT credential training provided; BAYADA will supervise and credentialing support.
Assist with behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers.
Follow established service plans; document interventions and progress.
Flexible part-time scheduling; shifts mostly 7:30am–2:30pm, Mon–Fri.

🎯 Requirements

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certified or pursuing certification (training provided).
Must be at least 18 years old.
Experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities is a plus, not required.
Associate's or Bachelor's degree OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100 OR ParaPro Praxis.
Willing to work in Hawaii Island School Districts; 1:1 student support.
