📋 Description

• Provide one-on-one support to help individuals build functional skills, reduce challenging
• Work directly with clients and follow the established treatment plan/behavior support plan for
• Establish and maintain effective, supportive, and therapeutic relationships with clients &amp
• Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers to support the student in the
• Document interventions and progress towards goals accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior support plan.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certified or desire to pursue certification (with BAYADA
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities is a plus, but not
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree OR 48 college credits including Math 100 and English 100 OR
