📋 Description

• Collaboratively design digital workflows or tools to streamline biologics discovery and evaluate
• Test software solutions and identify opportunities for iterative improvements
• Proactively identify scientist needs that further our digital transformation strategy and propose
• Pilot new software and AI tools to evaluate utility for BGM
• Implement standard analyses and visualizations that balance customization and increased efficiency
• Represent BGM to Informatics and external software vendor providers as a technical expert

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS degree in a related scientific discipline or bioinformatics
• typically 5-7+ (BS) or 2-5+ (MS) years of experience
• Strong foundational knowledge of molecular biology and binding and functional assays
• Hands-on experience with commonly used bioinformatics tools and platforms (e.g., Prism, Geneious
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other programming language (e.g., SQL, Java, or R)
• Demonstrated expertise in data engineering, e.g., retrieving, shaping, preprocessing, and managing
