📋 Description

• Drive end-to-end execution of multimodal genomics studies (e.g., DNA
• Plan and execute single-cell RNA-seq, spatial transcriptomics, and spatial proteomics experiments
• Translate collaborator and program questions (e.g., mechanism of action, therapeutic response
• Support external BioPharma collaborations: contribute to study scoping, execute studies to agreed
• Lead internal discovery experiments that generate and test hypotheses about cancer cell state
• Generate high-quality NGS and, where applicable, mass-spectrometry datasets; perform library

🎯 Requirements

• Ph.D. in Cancer Biology, Molecular Biology, Genetics/Genomics, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Plus ONE of the following: (a) at least 1 year of relevant industry experience (biotech, pharma
• Demonstrated experience with at least two genomic modalities (e.g., epigenomic sequencing, RNA-seq
• Working proficiency in R and/or Python for genomic data analysis and visualization.
• Demonstrated ability to work across wet-lab and computational teams, and to communicate results
