📋 Description

• Perform work in a laboratory setting, meeting physical job requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship for junior scientists and lab management.
• Develop LC-MS methods for ADME/DMPK and BioAnalysis applications.
• Develop analytical methods supporting internal and external project teams.
• Troubleshoot and maintain mass spectrometers and HPLC units.
• Prepare and manage inventory of buffers, reagents, and finished goods.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years LC-MS experience in CRO or industry lab
• Bioanalytical method development for small/large molecules
• Drug metabolism and metabolite ID with structural elucidation
• Proteomics experimental design and execution
• Validation per FDA, ICH, OECD guidelines
• Experience in quality management systems
