Scientist I Analytical Chemist

📋 Description

• Perform laboratory analyses primarily in ADME Toxicology Services
• Develop LC-MS methods for ADME/DMPK applications
• Troubleshoot and maintain mass spectrometers and HPLC units
• Prepare and manage inventory of buffers, reagents, and finished goods
• Perform data and report QC review within the department
• Support validation of new methods and process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. with 5+ years lab experience, M.S. with 3+, or PhD with 1+
• Direct experience with LC-MS or LC-UV in CRO or industry lab
• Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems
• Experience with analytical method development and optimization
• Familiarity with FDA/ICH bioanalytical validation guidelines
• Experience with automation, SPE, and large-scale screening
