📋 Description

• Highly autonomous and productive in performing laboratory research and method development
• Execute discovery screening funnels for novel test articles
• Design, execute and analyze in vivo pharmacology studies in colitis or other GI mouse models
• Prepare and execute experiments with human blood or intestinal tissue
• Formulate conclusions and design follow-on experiments based on multidisciplinary data
• Primary author of regulatory documents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and typically, 7 years of work experience; Master’s
• Experience with in vitro and in vivo cell killing endpoints preferred
• Highly proficient in primary cell culture, including isolation of human and rodent cells
• Experience with ex vivo intestinal tissue assays
• Thorough theoretical and practical understanding of scientific discipline, especially within
• Highly proficient in in vivo techniques such as mouse restraint, PO, RO and IP dosing, and rodent
