📋 Description

• Execute defined technical projects and experimental plans focused on formulation, conjugation
• Prepare, formulate, purify, and characterize nucleic acid-based complex lipid nanoparticle
• Execute and analyze DOE-based and other structured experiments to develop and optimize LNP
• Identify aberrant results, technical issues, process variability, or formulation performance
• Maintain excellence in laboratory execution, including accurate preparation, timely completion of
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and presentations that summarize procedures, study results

🎯 Requirements

• BS or equivalent education with typically 7 or more years of experience or MS or equivalent
• Working knowledge of lipid-based delivery systems, formulation science principles, nanoparticle
• Hands-on experience working with nucleic acid and/or lipid nanoparticle-based formulations
• Demonstrated ability to execute laboratory procedures with a high degree of accuracy, follow
• Ability to recognize technical risks, troubleshoot lab or process issues, conduct initial
• Ability to manage and complete multiple defined tasks or short-term projects under tight timelines
