📋 Description

• Conduct employment verifications by contacting HR teams, employers, and authorized representatives
• Perform education verifications with universities, educational institutions, and relevant
• Validate key candidate information, including job titles, employment tenure, rehire eligibility
• Maintain complete, accurate, and traceable documentation of verification results and audit records.
• Follow established U.S. verification procedures, communication scripts, compliance requirements
• Manage both inbound and outbound communications professionally when interacting with U.S.-based

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum qualification of HSC or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of recent experience in a U.S.-focused BPO/KPO background screening process is
• Hands-on experience in employment or education verification is required.
• Familiarity with U.S. verification procedures and compliance standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in communicating with U.S.-based HR
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical and information-verification abilities.
