🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as Scrum Master/PM/Delivery Manager in high-tech.
• Proactive, resourceful, can-do mindset; drives outcomes.
• Proven record leading cross-functional initiatives with impact.
• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical exp.
• Strong Jira and Confluence proficiency.
• Jira Administrator skills (JQL, automations, dashboards) – advantage.
