📋 Description

Ensure clear and proactive visibility of actual delivery progress, risks, and dependencies
Contribute to implementing mechanisms that support delivery velocity and the achievement of
Track and analyze delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, cycle time)
Identify delivery risks, drive mitigation plans, and remove obstacles
Facilitate Scrum events strategically
Coach teams in their evolution toward greater autonomy and Agile maturity

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Recognized Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
5-8 years of experience as Scrum Master or similar role
Understanding of technical dependency and architecture challenges
Bilingualism (French and English)
