Scrum Master III

📋 Description

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Support backlog refinement and assist Product Owners in maintaining aligned and prioritized backlogs
• Identify, track, and remove impediments to keep delivery on track
• Provide foundational Agile coaching and demonstrate servant leadership
• Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and overall sprint health
• Communicate risks, dependencies, and progress across teams and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, information systems, computer science
• Equivalent combinations of education, military experience, Agile certification, and relevant
• 2+ years of experience supporting Agile teams or working within an Agile development environment
• Certified Scrum Master or a comparable industry certification is required
• Experience supporting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Basic proficiency with Jira and Confluence; familiarity with Microsoft Teams or comparable
