📋 Description

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrink
• Support shipment, receiving, and processing duties on the sales floor and in back of house
• Maintain strong visual standards and stockroom practices on the floor
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to assist business needs, guests, and team
• Assist in processing shipments and ensuring smooth product flow and replenishment
• Contribute to a safe, inviting store environment and efficient operations

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric sales or operational role
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds and stand for shifts
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Willingness to work retail hours, including holiday period
