• Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing ALO's Flow initiatives to optimize productivity and
• Provide a friendly "greet" and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support
• Process customer transactions and returns in accordance with policy and procedures
• Knowledge of store goals, company communications, initiatives, new product launches and any
• Leverages company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goals

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 10-15KG
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
