🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a patient-facing administrative, healthcare, customer service, or
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to investigate issues
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and
• Demonstrated proficiency and comfort utilizing diverse technological tools and platforms to
