Sector Lead (Energy & Industrials) - Directed Content

📋 Description

• Partner with the Director of Research to develop and maintain a strategic sector roadmap
• Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers overseeing execution of Directed Content projects
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to align operational KPIs with coverage strategy and optimize
• Own expert budget management for the sector, allocating resources to maximize content ROI.
• Oversee structured QA process for transcripts to ensure high standards of data accuracy, relevance
• Collaborate with Director of Research and Content Strategy Analyst to monitor engagement data

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in equity research, market intelligence, consulting, or related analytical
• Deep domain expertise in Energy & Industrials with grasp of key players, business models
• Strong understanding of European and Asian equity markets.
• Proven people management experience leading, mentoring, developing teams.
• Skilled at translating strategic objectives into actionable research projects.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, critical-thinking skills; ability to balance multiple
