📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strategic sector roadmap with Director of Research
• Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers
• Collaborate with Operations Managers to align KPIs with coverage strategy
• Manage expert budget and allocate resources to maximize ROI
• Oversee QA process for transcripts ensuring high standards
• Pilot and optimize AI-enabled tools with Operations and Product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in equity research, market intelligence, consulting (TMT)
• Deep domain expertise in Technology, Media & Telecoms
• Strong understanding of European and Asian equity markets
• Proven people management experience with project managers or analysts
• Skilled at translating strategic objectives into actionable research
• Strong command of project economics and budget management
